PHILOSOPHY
The goal of this project is to work with Inuit communities to learn about the impact of the pandemic on the mental wellness of Inuit youth and their families, and to work together to support youth and families during periods of social isolation and lockdowns.
Together with Inuit youth, Elders and community members we will:
Listen to Inuit youth and family's stories & experiences of the COVID-19 pandemic
Learn from each other about which tools & resources are useful for Inuit youth and families during this time
Share thoughts on how to support connection during periods of isolation and hard times
